New daily hospitalizations have increased 17%.
Biden didn't say trump had done nothing. He said they hadn't done enough. They haven't.
trump also pushed a lot of misinformation.
And trump constantly undermined his expert's recomendations. His administration constantly ignored CDC and FDA recommendations.
There wasn't a vaccine until after the election.
Trump himself said he downplayed the virus from the beginning.
On top of that, trump isn't sharing plans for distribution of the vaccine. A huge undertaking.

He has been playing golf and pouting...oh, and trying to fuck up the transition.
