This has always been the problem; judges have found people guilty of election tampering and voter fraud around the country but we never hear about it because of the remedy. How do you fix fraud? Most of the time (about 90%) the judge tries to punish one or two people and leave the election results to stand. So most of the time, the bad guy (see democrat) gets away with the crime.

It was in the Austin American Statesman. Which is one of the most liberal papers in the Nation.

You are correct.

This is a commentary piece. Opinion.

It's not news.

Additionally, the BP, errr, OP doesn't mention that this wasn't an official hearing at all.

It was a Trump jerkoff fest where Twitler chickened out of appearing and instead phoned it in.

Stupidity isn't a medical condition. And in my expert opinion, you're suffering from a terminal case!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Didn’t he claim he was immune. Why would he social distance. He hasn’t cared any other time.

when there is a proper remedy like when a judge throws out the results of the tainted election and orders a election do over, we don't hear about that one either except maybe in the state or locally. now the media will brodcast it if a republican does it.

the gatekeepers are there to protect dems from accountability. so u see judges give dems a pass on the remedy. this only works when no one is watching them. so they get away with it.

the system is good as the people who run it.

Would have been more convincing if they stuck to the original claim of the surge that Biden got... they got greedy because the original number wouldn't flip the election.
Grace....how dare you burst their bubble!

Give them until January 20th.

600K????
There's not enough voters in any specific precinct.
Thus, there would need to be hundreds of poll workers involved at every level of the vote counts.

Note that the votes, including absentee ballots, are all counted at the precinct level. Then the vote scores go to the county level. Then to state. And the precinct poll workers are a mix of folks from the different parties.

As others have mentioned above, where are the actual witnesses.
Someone running statistics is not a witness.
Are there any poll workers that saw anything funny is the key question.

That claim sounds pretty ridiculous in PA. You know what is even more ridiculous? The fact that I watched 3 and a half quarters of the Cowboys game. I seriously need some counseling. All they do is hurt me but I always come back for more torture on a weekly basis.

I honestly believe something is seriously wrong with me. Why the fuck am I watching that garbage of a team every week? Rant over

In all seriousness, when it doesn't make sense, there is a reason for that. Trump lost PA. Deal with it Trump lovers. Does that bullshit even remotely pass the smell test to you? If so, stop drinking the poisoned kool - aid.

A state judge in Pennsylvania temporarily blocked the state Wednesday from further certifying its general election results, after the state certified President-elect Joe Biden’s win Tuesday, while a Republican-led lawsuit attempting to block Pennsylvania's election results plays out in court, though the order has now been paused due to an appeal.

Silly me, I'll wait for final court decision whether it changes anything or merely enlightens us to voter irregularities.
