Cruz going on vacation is news worthy??
Only to the tell me what to think libs it is. Yet the growing storm with cuomo is being ignored and silenced by these same folks. See post #15!

Default this thread is about Ted Cruz, yes?

let me get this straight. some of you are saying that Ted Cruz, the junior U.S. Senator from Texas, jetting to Cancun for a 5ish day vacation on the beach while Texans are freezing and many have no potable water, is just fine? can i get a show of hands please of those of you who think that, for the record?

Did he go for 5ish days or did you just word this to fit your agenda? You're as bad as cnn or msnbc.

He changed his plans and apologized for the optics and the fact that it looked bad. Please remember that regardless of the optics he in no way endangered someone's life as Cuomo did, in no way was out of touch with what was going on in Texas (isn't technology great?), and was simply being a dad. Some folks should honestly consider their priorities in ALL things. Liberals try to demonize anything that are not them. The Constitution guarantees every American the right to have a differing views without the fear of persecution because they are not "WOK" enough.

Folks need to stop poking at each other and find ways to work with each other.

Um.. what do you think he shoulda done to fix it?

He is not an "enforcer" of the law and I doubt anything he, along with all other politicians in this state, could acrually say or do to mitigate the situ.

They couldn't do anything about changing the election results either.....but they got plenty of mileage and air time out of it.

You might even say they were attempting to be "enforcers"......but of course, you already said he is not.
