While any call to an election official such as the Georgia election official would fall under the term "inappropriate", as Raffensperger described it, the call to Raffensperger is the one which is bringing heat down on Trump.

The point of the story is that "find the fraud" a statement that was never made, was part of the 2nd impeachment. One of the House Manager's made it part of her presentation as if were a proven fact. What happens in a court of law if a prosecutor states as fact, something that isn't true?
The Raffensperger phone call is still problematic for Trump and could be prosecuted for it but let's not mix up the two stories.
