From Doug Logan on the 74k Ballots:

“There were 74,000 EV33 forms that did not have matching EV32s. EV33s are for received ballots, while EV32s are for sent ballots. This was brought up in the context of justifying why we should do canvassing, because the situation didn’t make any sense. Canvassing would give an explanation as to what was happening here, and if anything was wrong or if there is a good explanation for it. If Maricopa county officials were answering questions, as in a normal audit, they would’ve had an opportunity to explain.

However, even if they’d give us an explanation, as auditors we would then need to validate if their response logically explained the situation. We are working to validate the claims by Maricopa county that they put out on Twitter. If they were to act professionally, these conversations could just happen in meetings; but their sole goal has been to try to discredit the audit. They clearly don’t know anything about how professional audits go, if they think this sort of issue is something an auditor would know walking in the door without asking questions.”

Everything has been explained as shown in my last post. No one has to try to discredit the "forensic" audit. The Ninja Turtles are doing it to themselves. Something like 3-4 months into their audit and their "final" report seems to be somewhere in the wind.

These legislators are clearly hoping to earn political capital from pushing a popular myth among Republicans – but will these sham audits ultimately backfire on them?

On one hand, this is an easy way to continue stoking hysteria about the 2020 election, especially as all but the most loyal Trump supporters eventually lose interest and move on.

And when it comes to disinformation, these reviews offer a nearly bottomless well. For example, an auditor in Arizona recently claimed to have found “74,243 mail-in ballots where there is no clear record of them being sent [out to voters]”.

In reality, the team had failed to account for in-person early voting, which one expert called a “glaring omission from the analysis” that was either “grossly negligent” or “deliberately misleading”. However, as political theatre, the move was a success, generating viral tweets and a written statement from the former president.

I don't mind the audit since it will turn up nothing and Trump's approval rating dropped 6% between January 6th and the day he left office, to close to his lowest rating of his presidency.

100% of 30% of Americans want Trump back. To that 100% he surely will win because he has 100% support. Trump math at work.

Speedy finally comes around and admits Trump is still President.

Hey quit acting like a clown.

This is very straight forward. "... she stated there is enough evidence of fraud to begin decertifying 2020 presidential election results in Maricopa County. The audit found massive discrepancies, including over 74,000 mail-in ballots that appear to have never been sent."

Evidence is never presented to the public, it is presented in a court. That seems to bee where this is headed. It takes time to take anything through a series of court presentations.

Courts will just kick them out. Maricopa county posting something on Twitter isn't an official report.

Arizona, a Republican legislator offered a bill this year that would allow a majority of the Legislature to revoke the certification of an election by the secretary of state. However, the bill has not passed.

State Legislatures Are Prohibited by Federal Law from Usurping the Will of the Voters After the Election

Americans should rest assured that a state legislature’s post-Election Day substitution of its own preferences would violate federal law.

The only fraud is claiming fraud when there isn't anything significant.

Any attempt to "decertify" will be met with instant federal injunctions followed by lawsuits.
