It really doesn't matter what another guy pays. If he wants to spend 300 for a granny handie, that's his choice. If he tips 20 for L2, he's the guy getting run out.

You know it's gonna be more than fee+40 and less than fee+180. Just take 200, put an extra 20 to 40 in your other pocket(s) and roll the dice.

Don't just lay down $$ you might end up with a HJ and out 2 bills. Develop a dialogue with her and tell her what you want. She will tell you yes or no and how much. Then negotiate with her. To many people over paying and not getting what they want just raising the prices when they go in and just drop down money. Good luck
