Here's the deal with that. They instituted two things that are not within the purview of the first amendment to take care of that. Sedition and incitement not only our uncovered by the first amendment but our felonies of the highest order. That's what things like Fox and Newsmax and OANN whatever it is. That's what most of a.m. radio is. Much of the blogs highly opinionated trying to label themselves journalism platforms on the Internet.
The real key to making this all work is of course the one single caveat the framers left us, "A well informed and educated electorate" which were failing spectacularly, but to follow the constitution was something they never dreamed they have to qualify this INTERPRETATION crap is simply unconstitutional. It should be relegated to preachers in their Scriptures.
These unconstitutional decisions have had the weight to swing our government to complete totalitarianism. In six years citizens United decision allowed our geopolitical arch enemy to capture our federal government without a shot being fired.
More importantly, most of you think of the Democrats in the Republican parties as opposition. That is a grave mistake. They are partners. 100% bipartisan behind closed doors because they are conspirators in a global crime syndicate. We are the marks and obviously you've all been hit They're pretty good shots
Currently there are only two relevant conversations concerning politic in America. The removal of the big dark money along with barriers to accessing the ballot without those two absolute prerequisites, none of the other 10,000 things that need tweak fix or blown into the ether can't even be addressed. Without such, there is no path to restoring our intended constitutional republic. Your travel no matter the tribe has lead us here. A Third World out. Turns out slightly less shitty than really really really really shitty, is still pretty shitty ....
