Big political gamble for Don Snoreleone.
On the one hand, nobody is crying over Iran getting its ass handed to them. Not here, not there.
On the other, Trump bears full responsibility for this action, regardless the outcome. Hope it's the one off he suggested it would be tonight.
Maybe he'll get the Nobel Peace Prize for bombing the shit out of Iran.

... Just to interject one thing - President Trump was NOT playing
Iran along with anything... He was willing to give 'em the two weeks
to come to a good agreement on things - but those hardline Iran leaders
told Trump to "go piss-off" and made a few threats.
... So THAT is the reason for the happening.

Yep, with Iran trying to close the Straits of Hormuz this will become a naval battle. Iran has a relatively small Navy, probably defeatable, but many of our ships in the region will be under attack by missiles, mines and torpedoes.

Good Job Trump? America didn't have a conflict with Iran. Iran developing a nuclear weapon isn't a conflict. Trump's actions were more about Israel than Iran. Israel the little "Jewish State" surrounded by Arab Countries, who do you think the real troublemaker is?

No doubt our navy is far superior, however our soldiers are at risk. For sure Iran is going to hit some targets, especially more low hanging fruit. They might even sink some civilian vessels.
