I will agree with you Devo on the taxes part- and the elimination of sin taxes, but then again- by the time you get rid of property taxes and sins', what is left for the gubberment to take ahold of. It would mean taking about 50% of your income or other cash flow- cause they cannot live without the surplus of that good ol' tax money.

When it comes to Colbert- he's playing to much more than just crazy liberals or dems or socialists or whatever y'all wanna call the "other side". But he likely won't be done.

He's a great host and has comedic knowledge and is twice the persona of anyone on ANY show Right wing or otherwise. Will he be back - maybe in another show that's less fluff and more in your face format. You know- like the Fancy Faux FOx Folks. They are more about in your face, fuck the facts and pure outrage.

Nahh. Steven C. will NOT stoop that low, but this coming May will see a bunch of changes before the cancellation of the show- and where he and the rest of that crew ends up. But he will certainly be back in the mainstream. I would think that the backlash of voters (money contributors) to parent company Paramount and CBS will be nothing short of watching the coffers dry up for all their new releases and shows. The short memories of the past, are likely to be replaced with ppl who remember who fucked em in the ass and told them lies.
