The warning is over the way much of this is headed. They fear that there is considerable risk that the Trump admin will issue unlawful orders at some point. The Supreme Court has given Trump almost Carte Blanche immunity. The Nuremburg Trials made sure that no one can rely on using "I was just following orders" as a defense.

As for the reminder....People have to be reminded of their responsibilities often.

Especially when they see an environment of intimidation like the one created by Trump and his shameless, self-serving followers.

They have purged JAG's and experienced, competent officers at the highest levels.

The warfare...for lack of a better term...that Trump and his incompetent SECDEF have waged on the very safeguards intended to protect the military from unlawful orders has been......

And who decides what is unlawful and lawful....certainly not you. The chain of command will do that and that includes Trump. Two of those clowns said that you MUST not obey illegal orders without saying what they look like. They tried to ask Crow what orders issued by Trump but he couldn't answer.
