this was a video on ballot fraud. trump saw the video and did not see the rest of it and gave it to the staffer to uploaded to truth social who was supposed to check out the video in its entirety. apparently the staffer messed up.

it was a very short clip about 2 - 3 seconds right after the chart appeared.

it was an obama animal kingdom video being uploaded ahead of time and that section got merged with the video that was still playing.

it was just a video glitch.

I have to say this: it was weird timing for the Obama apes to appear smiling and laughing at the end of the spike chart clip.
