Thanks to all that commented. I did mention that short one minute time period of being able to figure things out. I know that different people have different tolerances for things.

At the point that I believe I have to start baby sitting a drunk is when when I call it quits as far as fun since it will no longer be fun for me. If she is the type that loosens up with a couple of drinks than that is fine unless she crosses that line.

And I do agree that if you are spending a period of time with them before hand you need to mention they should slow things down. And that you should make sure they are safe before leaving them to sleep things off.

In court that is called assuming facts not in evidence. This thread has nothing to do with showing up and not liking the girl. It is about a girl showing up to an appointment intoxicated.

It doesn't have to be "falling down drunk". If the lady is impaired the gentleman has a legal obligation to walk away, because having sex with an impaired woman opens up all sorts of risks well beyond the normal legal issues of the hobby. And I see no reason for anyone to be compensated for their time when their actions were the reason the session was cancelled.
