Another idea since I think GFE might help.. Why not take a girl out for a meal before the hookup? Granted it would cost you probably an extra 100, but it might be more like a real world GFE where you flirt and do some LFK or handholding to build up the anticipation.

Going with what rrtx88 is suggesting. There's a provider siren420 will meet you for dinner and then you go back to her place for a very good time. Advertises 1 hr + . If your a nice guy you will have a damn good time !!!!!!!

It's easy to get from a doctor regardless of your age and it is even covered by insurance. You'll just pay a co-pay

Thanks Guys for the advice. I am going to my Dr. a couple of days, I think I will break down and "be the pill" as Toyz put it. Why not, right?
I will add, I am a pretty fit guy. I exercise 4-5 times a week, but don't eat as healthy as I should, but I am not eating awful. Also, I suffer from an anxiety disorder.
