I try not to do LATE night appointments its almost like its a different type of client. But I will if references check some guys work different shifts or get differant urges differant times . But at the end of the day If he made a appointment and didnt keep up his end of the bargain then ITS HIS FAULT not hers and im happy for the info....y has he not responded?

I totally agree, i myself wouldnt go to an outcall scheduled to begin past 11pm, i want to say unless i saw them before, but even then i dont think so.. 2am is just too late for me. I am not really a night person at all, i like my dealings to be done in the shining sun lol . I do aggree i think more bad stuff happens at night, simply more people up bored looking to waste someone's time...
However the two parties are both adults and if they want to have an appointment at 2am that they both aggreed on that is fine, and rules still up hold for 2:00 a.m. on a saturday night, as for 11:30 a.m. on a wednesday morning.

Ya, definitely a Gump-esque quality to his posts - and consistently so. Also, the duration and frequency of Gumpisms didn't alert my Law-Dar. In the vaguest way I can say, I always have a security system in place. Fortunately, I've yet to be in a spot where my client needed help finding their "get right".

Furthermore, his one and only review over a yr ago was bashed, per the status quo (maybe a slight deterrent to honest and lighthearted reviewing, idk....js) but he has not ever posted another which also says he took the responses to his review personal, another plus one for civilian.

My screening method is tailored to each person. I have the main securities in place and I also have very strict limits on what I will discuss or acknowledge. For igoforit, mostly the history he has posted and doing a few searches.

At the risk of deflating all the boners erected from reading this thread (hint: search "humanism"), I am admittedly, a little Gumpish myself in times of stress so in that respect, deelite is right. I believe in accepting fault even if you could get around it. It helps avoid recurrence. Japan has a low low lowwww number of auto accidents per capita bc regardless of the details, accidents blame is split 50-50%: driver a for hitting driver b and driver b for being where driver a could hit him. sounds silly but those folks will make every possible effort to avoid being in an accident.
