Kaylee, I'm not taking a side, I'm just looking at it from an unbiased, rational point of view. His repeated posts about her do not show he's stalking. If he were following her posts and posting in practically all of them, sending emails, pm's and constantly calling her and leaving messages, then I would say he's stalking. From what I see, without a doubt, he's definitely obsessed with her. There's a difference between obsession and stalking. While one can lead to the other, I can't see stalker.....yet. Remember, accusing someone of stalking can be detrimental to hobbiest's and provide's alike. So make sure you have facts to support your accusation.

Finally the voice of reason really is heard here. The whole point of the thread was to elicit responses concerning whether my prior posts were, in your opinion, stalking or not.
I could care less whether it is siding with me or her.
Kudos to you surcher. You took the time to read the law and posted your opinion on the question I posed.

And why bring that outside drama here? As if Houston doesn't have enough...
Somebody is unstable here.

Self-Edit: Intemperate comments.
I love me some honest whores, but a thief is an entirely different matter. Even if she does sell pussy. Maybe especially if she sells pussy. I have more affection and admiration for a strongarm robber than for a thieving whore.

It definitely sounds as though the OP is owed some money (based on the small amount of information we have - I am sure there are thousands of emails we will (hopefully) never see, along with who knows what other information). However, we do not know the circumstances of those loans, what was promised, what was provided, etc.... What I do know is that any loan to a provider is a gift. Just like a loan to a broke ass brother-in-law. To expect anything else is foolish.
As far as legal consequences, it may be possible to obtain a judgment for the loans. May be really easy to do so, as I assume she may not even fight the lawsuit. However, collecting on a judgment is an entirely different matter. Texas is a debtors paradise and most people in Texas are judgment proof. I guarantee a provider who deals in a cash business is judgment proof with maybe a few, isolated exceptions.
Therefore, the only thing to do is for the OP and the Provider to walk away. NOTHING WILL BE GAINED BY THIS CONSTANT POSTING. The OP just looks stupid for falling for a provider, and the provider looks like a conniving bitch. It's the classic LOSE-LOSE scenario. Again, imho, the best thing to do is WALK AWAY.
OP - Forget about her, post nothing else about her. This post accomplished NOTHING. Even if everyone here sided with you, it has nothing to do with what a prosecutor would or wouldn't do (I do agree that this doesn't meet the requirements for cyberstalking - but who cares). Other people's opinions will not impact this at all. Maybe she did you wrong, but I advise you to forget about her....ignore any communication....and live your life. Try to please your SO and make up for this colossal screw up. If you continue to hobby....keep it as a hobby, not a relationship. Women can make us do some fucked up, irrational things, and this would seem to be a simple case of that. Good luck!

OP, not to put salt in your wounds-- but exactly HOW did you let your SO know about this?

Better yet, why did you tell her? If the person in question had contacted your SO, her time in this business would end, as no doubt she knows (at least in this community). BP would be her only friend. It may have been a veiled threat you took as a given.

I have no issue with you asking a question regarding cyberstalking but your intention is clear, had you used a hypothetical rather than reference a thread which was closed by the staff perhaps the outcome would be different.
