They can be placed a certain way and record or something. I try to watch and make sure no phones are close to activities. I do not know for sure, but I have heard from more then one Lady, where she was worried if her client had his phone on.

I always have in the back of my head a concern that a provider would record us. For whatever reason, that would be a huge scare for me. And to me, totally inappropriate.

However, to answer your question -- worse case scenario, a girl gets beat up bad by a guy. I would hope, recording or not, they still go to the police despite how awkward it might be. No one deserves to have that happen to them and the offender should be nailed for it.
