And to think I still feel bad over a TCB error on my part a few weeks ago with Shayla (total embarrasment to myself...will need to find a way to make it up to her).

Personally I say out the people. Shame in some circles still works well - and I would think here would be one of them. At the very least write em up on p411, date-check and wherever else necessary. If there's one thing I've learned about the Austin crew here, it's that they defend their turf well when necessary.

I feel your pain ;-) sorry you're going through this non-sence. I had a frightening email from a hobbyist's wife not to long ago. What do you do in those situations? It really scared me, so I just didn't respond at all.

You can pm me. =] when did this happen? That is scary. You just have to decifer if she's really angry and will do that. Or just really hurt and looking for someone to blame. It's kinda like talking to a really unstable person and trying to back them off the ledge.

Of course this is all assuming it is not a client you really knows wife. If it is talk to them and see what they suggest.
Even if they were careless and put us in a bad spot its still kinda our job to make sure they're ok and protect them and their life too if we can. If they aren't willing to do anything to help your safety though, to hell with them.

Btw oscar wilde is my favorite poet. ;-)
