THANK YOU!! I really do appreciate it... and Malaya... you look GREAT!! When I was pregnant... I ballooned up to the 170's... and this SCARED me tremendously... and while my doctor assured me... that all of her scrawny patients... gained a great deal of weight while pregnant... and that I would lose it... I will say that it was a battle...

Unfortunately, I was NOT one of these women who LOST WEIGHT while nursing... and I made enough milk to feed all of San Antonio!! Lol... So, be patient with yourself... It took me a solid year... of dieting... working out... to just LOSE the baby weight... and then I spent the following year.... toning and sculpting my body with ballet, cycling and weight lifting... So, again... patience is the key...
