Maybe you could be nicer to the young lady. Maybe she could use advice but, no need to be rude. You have not always done everything perfect yourself. How about offering her some nice, polite friendly advice. The kind you would have preferred to get when you first were starting out....originally.

I try not to get into the banter on coed but i digress to offer my. 02 cents. Dorthy is not very helpful to ur cause so be watchful of who u take pointers from. Listen to all advise but u should not have to follow any of it. Secondly, be yourself and it will show. And yeah, stay away from something called eccie drama, if u r new, it is easy to get into it. Let your reviews and service level speak on your behalf. All u have to do is for the period of time u r with one of the people u serve, ensure they leave happier than when they came in, everything else takes care of itself after that. Pardon my Grammer.
