To be clear, it's game on if a lady complains about any injustice, justified or not in COED, because that's a threAd. I guess we need classes on how to word anything, and what the discussion will be labeled as, should we not be in compliance. Good to know and a helpful bit of info for some.


As stated, I don't know the lady, but good grief, can the ownership not understand that this type of info should be readily available for everyone, and not just to those "in the know"? A little goes a long way in understanding what is expected, what will or will not be tolerated, and what the consequences actually are, should certain boundaries be overstepped. I'm sure the lady didn't think of it that way before she posted it worded as it was.


Wide latitude is one thing, but in reality, it's much worse than "wide latitude" being utilized during most of these threads, IMO. ( It's obvious that many don't think this is the case.) It looks like a vicious feeding frenzy of uncivilized individuals. Seriously. Maybe it's as "stoning" appeared back in the day, without blood and guts. I rarely have an original thought, so if it appears that way to me, I'm inclined to believe it does to others as well. As a community, is that really how we wish to appear to those who already come here with "misunderstandings" and judgments of us all. Might be worth a think, but understand that folks are busy and whatnot. I understand the community does not own the board, but it's expected that owners of these such boards have a certain responsibility to the whole community. If that's not the case for this "type" of community, Then I apologize for having expectations similar to other communities, not of the this nature.

Most perceived over the line comments are viewed through a biased lens. NYr demonstrated that in this threAD. Knowing the OPs history as I do, most of what is sent her way is based on her own comments and actions on this board. But, as has been demonstrated, the body politic gets tired of the grind. Instead of demonstrating self control by walking away, they scream for control of which they dislike.

A weak modtard gives in to that cry from the narrow minded view.
