The Washington Post is credible. Do you have a problem when LustyLad uses the Washington Post or it's only a problem when I use it?

LL do your own homework. You go prove that the Washington Post is wrong, that the Burden is on the recipient instead of the sender.

You're still quite wrong, flighty. The burden is on the individual in possession of the classified material -- regardless of how it came to be in his or her possession.

Someone as fucking stupid as he is won't understand so you're wasting your time and Eccie bandwidth. Don't forget ... he's defending Hillarious-No-More's criminal conduct.

Not to mention that he thinks Bush and Cheney created the NSA!!!!!

Until he made that pronouncement, I thought he was just ignorant. But he's now proven.....

You have a Link IBH?

Not according to the Washington Post. The regulation states the Burden is on the sender to give the correct security classification to an email.

From the link.

Material not allowed on non-approved systems

Federal rules prohibit sharing classified material on non-approved or personal systems. Regulations dictate the burden is on the sender of an e-mail to classify its security clearance level.

CLINTON (Lie #5) : “In the fall, I think it was October of last year (2014), the State Department sent a letter to previous secretaries of state asking for help with their record-keeping, in part because of the technical problems that they knew they had to deal with. And they asked that we, all of us, go through our e-mails to determine what was work-related and to provide that for them.” — NBC News, September.

Regarding how classified governmet documents are handled, the Code of Federal Regulations trumps WaPo, flighty.
