Women are pretty much a mystery to guys. Who knows what makes a man interesting to them? I certainly don't.

In my youth I asked an absolutely stunning provider in Houston what made a man attractive to her. She said he should be tall, educated, articulate, successful and confident, or else possess a particular singularity that she could not put her finger on, in which case all the the other stuff didn't count.

Men are not really like that. For sex, most want a beautiful young woman with spectacular carnal abilities. We tend to marry the ones that interest us beyond these narrow parameters. And we don't understand them, either.

From my experience, and I have been at this off and on for close to 50 years, I find that it is usually the same gents who post the negative reviews. It seems that they often tend to call WK on anyone who posts a positive review on lady, especially if they dislike her for any reason. The post tells more about the poster than it does about the subject, especially over the long run.

I don't know nor do I really care what the ladies say about me as long as they see me and we have a good time. Being older, hell just plain old, overweight, however I am in good condition, I truly appreciate the ladies who see me, especially a second time. I feel that a review written after a single date is very suspect since there are so many varriables involved. If the first date was really not good, I just don't see the lady again. At the same time I seldom see a lady who I have not met previously, reducing the risk of a surprise.

This is all fantasy and each of makes of it what we want.

I agree partly to some of the things here, but some are certainly up for debate. I am nearing the senior age of 50, but still work out 4 times a week, and wear a 32 inch waist and take very good care of myself in all aspects.
I disagree that good looking guys just are here to play. Maybe they just want the percieved passion, plus pleasing a woman is always great, and I will ALWAYS make sure to please the Lady. To me it part of being a gentleman. Maybe I am different or weird but to me this is all part of the expierence. I will make sure to shower, shave, style my hair, clean myself deeply and spell good. If it is a Lady I have seen before, I bring a rose, as a way to say "Thank you.

You, my friend, are a prime example of a gent whose YMMV-in a good way.

When a provider feels like they are being appreciated and can tell the gent has taken the trouble to be clean, respectful and courteous, I can guarantee this is the gent that providers will go that extra mile for.

My philosophy about reviews is internally bi-polar.

On one hand, it doesn't take a whole lot of effort on a lady's part to get a thumbs-up review out of me. And I'll probably leave out some not so flattering things in this kind of review.

But, OTOH, some conduct I judge severely. Show up late, I judge that pretty severely, especially if you didn't call to give me a heads up. Commit NCNS, I'll judge you severely for that, too. Bottom line, I asked for a specific time for the session. If you can't respect me enough to meet me at that time (that I have set aside for you), then I won't pull any punches in my review. Waste my time, and I'll spend a lot of time writing a scathing review. However, honor my time, you'll get a good review. Even if you just show up and go through the motions.

Although a good attitude is always appreciated. But I can't give you a bad review if you lived up to your side of the bargain.

Let me start by saying I am brand new to the escort scene here. However, I have when traveling out of the country partaken many times in the "pleasures" the world has to offer. I personally am very easy going about many things in life but not about whom I'm with intimately. I wish I was less selective and frankly envy those who are able to minimize the importance of physical features. The hypocrisy of course is that I am not anywhere near the physical level of quality that I insist on myself and, unfortunately, as I have gotten older, my standards have risen. I was at one point (just 5 years ago I was in possibly the buff and lean best shape of my life) but some medical issues have caused me to be much, much less active than I used to be. Therefore, I am here trying to learn the ropes and looking for that temporary "special" someone. Most hobbyists that I have met are to a large degree similar in wanting much more attractive women than they could get IRL although the attributes they are attracted to vary widely.
Do I want totally honesty from a provider? Yes, but only in relation to not being ripped off. (Unfortunately, I have had money taken out of my wallet or a bag by a provider twice. I had one of them put in jail BTW. I never want to be in THAT situation again.)

In the best possible situation, being with a provider is like a fantasy come to life. For me a GFE is not about whether I have to wear a condom for a BJ but about that fantasy that she wants and desires to be with me both mentally and physically. I will do my best on my end to set the scene for that fantasy by preparing as if I were going on a date with someone I wanted to be my girlfriend.

Do I expect a provider to always be able to look past my physical shortcomings? No I don’t but I DO expect that if that is possibly an issue, they would ask about that in the screening process. I personally would much rather be told upfront than be involved in an unsatisfying encounter particularly since my budget is far more limited today than in the past.
