People who want to use this would get electronic devices of some sort. Then they supply data to the devices, maybe like whether they have the sniffles or COVID or some other infectious disease. they may not have anything to do with this, but moderna and pfizer is indeed listed in the patent as potential vaccine candidates. they're on page 30 of the pdf patent. J&J is not listed. interesting that alot of mRNA vaccines vaccine variants are listed. 139 total.

from what I've read of this 53 page patent, this appears to be a software patent that works on certain electronic devices.

so for this tracking software to work, it has to be on a cell phone or a tracking device one is wearing or an rfid chip implant. this does not appear to be nano-technology.
