I'm happy enough to not need meds.

More or less happy. But I think I'll be happier when I retire. Stress from work is getting old. And the non-pecuniary rewards of work seem to diminish with the years for some reason. Probably the been there and done that factor. Ready to move on to another chapter, I think.

Let's say there will always be a negative side to everything. It's more of me feeling truly blessed. But I do wish life could be better and easier.

Speaking of money.. how much money is "enough" money for you to feel financially secure? If you had to name a dollar amount of a lump sum payment that would make you satisfied, how much would that be?

For my children and grandbaby to never want for anything they 'need.' I'm not talkin' mansions and yachts.....(unless of course I hit the lottery)........I mean basic comforts so they never have to struggle, stress or do without......

when you arent happy you shouldn't inflict that on other people, its that simple.

there will be times you aren't happy, but you just have to move along.

Good Day Camille;

I am pleased to tell you that now the inner fog has cleared, that I am happy, actually very happy right now.

I wish the weather was better, but I have to face the fact that October is almost upon us & it is time to break out the winter clothes. But if the weather is all I have to complain about, that means that I am pretty lucky.

Good Evening
Cyclops

Are things really that bad? All things considered I think I'm pretty fortunate & life is pretty damn good (even though I can always find something to bitch about)

I'm ludicrously happy. I have accidentally stumbled on my groove.

It scares me a little, afraid the fall will be brutal from such a good place.

It seems the trick (at least for me) is having your internal environment and external one match - a constant balancing act.

I try to stay positive, but if things go astray i try to accomplish something. even if its little chores around the house or running errands, accomplishing something makes you feel better about yourself.

nice statement and its very true.

doing something that needs to be done is very much a stress reliever and does make you feel better.
