My "Pet Peeve Sensors" are activated when a gentleman:
1) Shares private information of mine with others
2) Makes sexist or ignorant comments to me at any time (By the way, many of you who think you don't do this
have done it and will do it again)
3) Doesn't understand why I am not available for daily back-and-forths via e-mail or text
4) Claims that he likes that I am low volume but whines when he can't get same day appointments
5) Goes through an entire appointment with me just to confess that he was sick until the day before. Needless to say, I often get sick as a result, and given the demands of my every day life, I am the last person who is equipped to deal with this! By the way, I would like to send out a hearty thank you to the gentleman who infected me with strep for stealing 2 1/2 weeks of my 3 week winter break.
Because I would hate to give the wrong impression, I need to say that my list of "likes" is just as long as my entire archive of pet peeves! Well....maybe almost as long.
