Never did I say or imply its laziness. And as I said in the OP, I do ask for it almost every time. Even if we ignore my own request, past experience points to an opportunity for some providers to set themselves apart from the pack.

Probably more than half of these guys are married. Before someone says it, I'm not telling anyone what to do. Please feel free to open the door wearing old, mis-matched or just every day lingerie. It's your business. Surprisingly, considering our little disagreement the other day, I'm mostly with you on this one, citizen44. Lingerie is a key tool in the provider toolbox. Do I own a shelf bra at the moment? Nope. If someone requested it, would I go out and attempt to find one to buy? Absolutely. Personally, I loathe garters and won't wear them. They are extremely uncomfortable to me, and a pain in the ass to get on. But matching high heels, bra, panties, thigh highs.. all very sexy and necessary to have.

Now, here's where you might be missing the "logic." A sexy pair of thigh highs can cost $14-$30. These babies are DELICATE. She will probably only get one to three wears out of them before they start to run and she has to trash them. An extra $10 cost for each appointment (kind of averaging here) is a lot to some ladies. I'm not making excuses or saying it is right, just offering some insight. Not having them has probably never cost her an appointment before, so she figures, why waste the money?

Also, based on our previous dust up, you seem to have a bad taste in your mouth for those of us who only do a limited amount of appointments. I have ample free time to go shopping for those specific requests. I also have ample time to get ready, down to the last detail, for each and every appointment. If I only had half an hour or an hour between appointments, I'm not sure I'd have the time to get all dolled up in something special specifically for you. You seem to WANT the type of provider that also seems to offend you. Just my two cents.

Worst analogy ever. This is more like hiring a guy to mow your lawn and getting upset because he showed up wearing jeans and you'd prefer he wore Dickie's. Except in this case most of the people he mows for want him to be naked by the time he's done. You're still gonna get your grass cut no matter what he's wearing.

If there's a uniform you want worn for the job, you should probably expect to supply it yourself. No harm in asking if they've already got one, but how you get all butt-hurt when they don't is beyond me.

Thank you for this explanation. It makes perfect sense and I know I for one would totally understand paying a little extra any time I requested thigh highs or stockings.

In regard to our dust up:

There are only two times on this board where I look back and shake my head at my own behavior, and our disagreement is one of them. Your past postings have always been above board and well thought out, and I would hate to be one of the guys whose posting behavior drove off one of the few moderate female posters left on here.

For the most part I have avoided being pulled into the mud by the trolls, but unfortunately in our discussion, I got us both a little dirty. For this you have my utmost apology. I should have just left it with an "Let's agree to disagree on this one" and then moved on.

In relation to how I feel about low volume providers, I'll say that's not how I truly feel, but at this point I'll just wear that description as my penance until another day. Again, you have my apology.

To each his own. Every man has different tastes, fantasies and preferences. I have had men that wanted to see me in stockings and heels - until they saw that in person I am almost 6' in heels and towered over him!
