Seems like he is on the welcoming committee, from my point of view.

But people go through good times and bad. Was thinking this might just be a fucked up situation, like a breakup or something.

Well, he hasn't responded in awhile, so I hope he's out there getting laid. Might improve his attitude. Not to be patronizing, and it's none of my business anyway.

OP...

Raising the question of Cyberbullying on this board is laughable to me. In an environment where we routinely see providers openly admit to being discriminatory against all different types of people (NBA policy, to mention just one instance), there is little room for social decorum, let alone political correctness.

You can certainly pursue this point if you feel you must, but I'm afraid in this forum all you'll hear is the sound of "one hand clapping".

What I was getting at was cyber-bullying here in Austin and what we can do about it. Any insight into that? Absolutely Nothing...

People can disagree without being aggressive and hostile. Nothing wrong with people having an argument. Conflict and disagreement is a natural and necessary part of life.

The problem that I see is escalating the conflict into personal attacks and unhealthy behavior, especially in a place where people come to hook up and feel good.

The only people coming to "hook up and feel good" in CoEd are the attention needy wusses that can't afford this and the ladies that are outside of the desirable set that are busy working and the ones that enjoy the drama as much as others.

I'm wrong on occasion but over time I feel pretty confident it will prove out that you are someone that is already here under a different name or a new name for someone that exited and know exactly what everything is all about.

To date your participation seems to only seek conflict and debate and has nothing to do with actual participation in the hobby.

If you were interested in ladies you would be checking ads and reviews, searching for body types and trying to identify others with similar tastes through their reviews to try to figure out who to see.

Is your "type" over weight and older whores or opinionated whores that are not even here in Austin? Because 90% of the female participation in most CoEd forums involve that type. Cruising CoEd for most whores is desperation for business on display.

The hot younger providers of all body types make their appearance known in the Welcome Wagon, Post their ads and get busy.

I couched that opinion with 90% and "most" as there are a couple of exceptions to that.

Look around the page.... See all the ads?.. .Who are they targeted at? Men right '

Lesson 1 - The whores don't matter to the owners.... Why? Because there are new ones cranked out ever day by the economy that come and post their ads.....

Now..... What do advertisers look for?.... An audience right?.... Well that has existed here and grown for years as the board has become more and more dramatic....

Lesson 2 - Drama Sells......

Ladies Run Ads
Guys get laid and write reviews.

That is a SMALL part of what is happening..... FAR more guys NEVER write reviews..... The vast majority of ladies NEVER post in threads.....

But outside of the Ads and Reviews and often ahead of them... drama filled threads and punk ass beat downs similar to what others are delivering to you generate views..... Views equate to ad revenue.....

So feel free to be a part of the drama but drop the pretentious attitude and simply be who you want to be without trying to paint some other picture....

Lesson 3 - If you truly are here interested in getting laid....... NONE of what happens here affects that.......

NONE of the whores need to like you....

It doesn't matter how old you are or how fat you are or whether you are cute or fucking ugly.....

It doesn't matter how nice and polite you are or how big of an asshole you are.......

All that matters is cash.......

None of this drama is going to follow you into a session.....

Unless that is what you are looking for.....

Maybe so, but glad you got a laughable. Thanks for sharing your take on it, and sorry about the NBA thing. Life isn't fair sometimes, and I don't mean that as a conversation stopper. I'd like to think that if anyone was subjected to insults on the basis of race here that the offending person would be shown the door.

But we all have biases of various kinds, and some people are easily pressured to stigmatize others for being "different". I'm unlikely to be pulled over for driving while white, though, so I can't honestly say that I completely understand what you're talking about.

When I look through provider menus, I see multiracial friendly as a plus. But the converse is not a show-stopper for me. Maybe it should be, but I'd feel like I was being coercive if I pressed the issue. People have to be free to do what they're comfortable with, and not be shamed or pressured out of their comfort zone.

Well, intimate relations at least. I may look back on my words some day with the same disgust that we look back on Jim Crow bullshit.

Whispers, could you condense that into an elevator speech? I'm not going to read all of that. If you organized your arguments more concisely, I might be motivated a bit more. But when you go on and on like that, it seems a little needy.

You are new but you've suggested that you were interested in seeing guidelines followed.....

#16 - Posting about/Speculating about another person's medical condition is strictly forbidden. If a member encounters a medical issue and would like to get feedback from others or share it with the community, this would be allowed, but under no circumstances is a member to discuss or state anything about another member in this regard, unless it is in response to a question posed by that member.

I do not recall asking you to comment on my mental state......

Let's see if the MODs can give you a pass on this.....

In regards to your original premise presented on cyber-bullying....

are you capable of stepping outside of the persona for a moment and analyzing your own behavior these last couple of days in your interactions with RockerRick?

You quoted a definition of it as being " repeatedly harrassing people in a deliberate manner, posting rumors or gossip, bringing about hatred in other's minds, communications that seek to intimidate, control, manipulate, put down, falsely discredit, or humiliate the recipient, posting text or images intended to hurt or embarrass another, encouraging others to harass the victim, and trying to affect a victim's online participation. Many cyberstalkers try to damage the reputation of their victim and turn other people against them."

I highlighted the areas that I see your interactions with RockerRick as falling in line with..... Don't you rise to the definition yourself?

Legal definition
Cyberbullying is defined in legal glossaries as
actions that use information and communication technologies to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior by an individual or group, that is intended to harm another or others.
use of communication technologies for the intention of harming another person
use of internet service and mobile technologies such as web pages and discussion groups as well as instant messaging or SMS text messaging with the intention of harming another person.
Examples of what constitutes cyberbullying include communications that seek to intimidate, control, manipulate, put down, falsely discredit, or humiliate the recipient. The actions are deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior intended to harm another. Cyberbullying has been defined by The National Crime Prevention Council: “When the Internet, cell phones or other devices are used to send or post text or images intended to hurt or embarrass another person."[5][6]
A cyberbully may be a person whom the target knows or an online stranger. A cyberbully may be anonymous and may solicit involvement of other people online who do not even know the target. This is known as a "digital pile-on."[7]
