They are all ego driven--in today's politics I don't think anyone can rise that far without a significant ego. But some are, I believe, so consumed with their ego (Cruz, Clinton, Trump come to mind) that they have few if any moral counterbalance to it. I find those types especially scary. Have a moral counterballance but are dangerous for their complete ignorance about the world (as I categorize Bush-2 and Carter).

From what I know of him--and I should probably learn more if he stays viable--he is not as much of a nut as some. I also think Webb and Rubio have some redeeming aspects. But I do not expect any of the three to get to the finals. Hopefully I might be wrong.

Best winning GOP ticket would be Rubio-Fiorina. Smart and poised, balanced, a woman and a hispanic, not dangerously ego-driven, gaffe-prone, or ideological. Scares the fuck out of the dems.
