Dennis will go to the mat with anyone that calls him a pimp, he is a licensed business owner, the ladies that are there are Indpendent contractors, such as you would find at a hair salon, instead of paying rent for a chair they pay rent to use the rooms to ply their trades. The employee guide book is like any other business or hair salon would have for its workers or independent contractors, on uniform etc The ladies set their own schedules, they work 12 hrs on. so say from 2pm-2am and they usually get two days off a week.
