Cristi, its your choice to see whoever you want to see. It's your choice and what someone or someone else thinks, should not matter.

Is there a larger population of over 40 hobbyists than younger hobbyists, sure I think so, but as you mentioned you already have enough regulars to make up for it, so you should be fine.

Will your regulars get their feelings hurt because of the age restriction? I dont see why, since you are going to keep seeing them. Your post here did not say anything offensive against hobbyists over 40, just that from now on you will no longer be seeing anyone new under 40. It's just like providers that do the reverse.

The only thing that matters is that you are comfortable with your choice. If you are than go with it. You don't have to explain it to anyone and just ignore the complaints.

Also on a side note, we are all in this hobby for one reason or another. I dont think anyone has to justify it as good or bad or justify who they see or not see.

You're the new popular flavor here but all of us have seen dozens of girls the last few years come on here and 9 months later they wonder why their phone isn't ringing. Good luck and count me among the 75% of the guys on here who won't be seeing you.

Just as an aside, "prime of life" has more to do with health and mental outlook, not a number. For the last 3 years I've been seeing a fit, athletic, and enthusiastic fellow now turning 60 who wears me out and leaves me barely able to walk every dang time (God bless him, that's not an easy accomplishment with this lusty Irish wench), and another horny old goat who at age 81 had me climbing the volcano and para-sailing with him in Hawaii, at age 82 hiking around Arizona and the Grand Canyon, and this March we'll be exploring Costa Rica with him a hardy 83 years of age. It really is true: use it or lose it. I think remaining active physically and taking the world on with an open mind keeps these guys "young." Conversely, I've known some fellows less than 30 who were old before their time in the way they lived and looked at life.

One more note: I do enjoy my younger male friends, and thank them for their appreciation of an older woman and keeping ME young with gymnastic aerobic exercise, but it's always been the older guys who've taken me to fine restaurants, given me expensive presents, and had me accompany them on lovely vacations, i.e., spoiled me rotten.

haha ummm simply put, my regs know they are special to me and by me doing this should make them feel even more special - they will be the only ones of their age getting my attention


yes i may make exceptions once in a while depending on attitude , but my preference will be 40 and under
