I'm not sure why people tend to remember ASPD with rose colored glasses because it could be completely vicious. Plus, it was a different type of client base, and sex workers, then today. In a fashion, the viciousness was even more severe because the members on there, in many ways, were of a different socioeconomic level.

I'm not sure where white knights are limited to WK'ing only "fat middle aged whores" because I see men who defend women of all sizes.

Either way, I'll agree with the idea that Eccie IS more fair than ASPD was in dealing with the membership. Back during the ASPD days, moderating was much different, or so it seemed.

No such right given to girls here. This creates an opportunity for abuse of women in general and a provider in particular. If the provider can't rebut negative information about her because she's not allowed to know what is said about her in the ROS or MLR, then an atmosphere of discrimination against women evolves, as has occurred here at eccie.

I'm sure I'm right about the misogyny here, and its dominance here--it exists in the ROS of reviews, the BCD comments, and in the MLR.

Compare the rules here to Angie's List, where vendors can read what is said about them. TER allows providers to do so.

HOWEVER.... refuting false information there is like pissing in the wind. They don't care. You can prove a review is completely false and never happened and they don't care. And the rating system... you have to offer specific services in order to even qualify for some ratings.. to me, that is about as misogynistic as it gets.

It isn't possible for a moderator at TER to know enough about what happened BCD to make a judgement as to the truth. Whatever TER may be, Eccie is a board that gives free reign to misogynists.
