In my opinion that last post you quoted from Cristi, is an apology. Her previous thread was not.

I think an apology is when you tell someone: "Hey I fucked up, I am sorry, but X happened." Some would say even arrange another meeting to put the past behind the both of them. An apology is not "Hey I fucked up, but it is what it is, and i do it because of the pressure you guys put on me, so deal with it."

I can agree with that, but when you make lame excuses for what you did, it takes away from any attempt you might have made to apologize.

So for example you can't apologize in your own way, but then say it's you guys fault for pressuring me, etc.

Perhaps its a little too late for a sincere apology from CC. Her actions were indefensible and her first attempt at an apology/excuse fell completely flat. Her future actions not more verbiage can go along way towards correcting past transgressions and truly hopes she succeeds in that.
