It should go both ways, if you expect success with the new policy. YOU cancel, either your standard rate to be refunded to the gent, or his missed revenue stream if he didn't leave for the session.

Fairness in this hobby ? Nope, it will never happen. You own the pussy, you sell it, and if you NCNS, no sweat off your back. The man cancels: big issue. Parity is not part of this equation.
