Depends on the client. I have some clients that we actually go to the shooting range during our sessions. I have my own collection and love to shoot my guns. However, most of my clients these days are repeat clients and I have had self defense classes. I don't worry too much. May be nieve, but

Wow. People who carry have this false sense of security that they are protecting themselves. Most (not all) lack the training to effectively shoot a gun and likely they are just increasing their chances of being shot. Come to think of it, how is it even going to come into play unless you have it loaded and on the nightstand? Otherwise, you will never get to it in time if someone should break into the room. If I ever have an inkling a provider has a gun I will be taking my business elsewhere.
