Damn, 4 minutes? That's too long. I can make comments in 2 or 3 different threads in 4 minutes.
I clicked submit 5 times before the count down stopped and I was being patient.
Edit: 6 times and I still have 47 seconds to wait.
7 times, 23 seconds.

yes...if this stupid click lowering rule has to stay, needs to be unique to a thread. because it's frustrating if you jump to another thread or forum.

I agree. I loose interest very fast. Plus, when you are sitting in front of a computer counting down 300 seconds, it feels more like 30 minutes.
