the memo just outlined that:
perjury took place in the fisa court
evidence was with held from the fisa court under false pretenses
used an american citizen to get the warrant to spy on the Trump campaign under false pretenses

you're also missing the big obvious. without the fake dossier, the warrant was not justified and the obama FBI would not have gotten the warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.
