my understanding of that ruling is to allow the court to buy time. I think they want to push this case until next year.

I thought that the nuances of abortion were decided by each individual state...the Feds should keep their noses out of it...abortion was never in the Constitution.
I was under the impression that the high court ruled on Constitutional issues.
