Unfortunately, we are now in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and unemployment has skyrocketed.

Additionally, the rich California liberals like Nancy Pelosi want cheap labor for their farms and vineyards now, don't they? Lower unemployment would make it much harder for them if they didn't exploit foreign laborers.

So she personally benefits while America's workers suffer depressed wages.
