You just knocked out two of the largest contributors to the Federal purse. Good luck financing the government.

With the largest sources of expenditures off the dole - a much slimmer federal budget can be managed - and a balanced budget with lower taxes - at that.

something abhorrent to the DPST Marxist principles

Vote Biden - the last free vote in an election in America - until socialism is overthrown by force of Arms

There are 8 states that contribute more to the federal purse than they get back from the federal government.

New York
New Jersey
Massachusetts
Connecticut
Colorado
Minnesota
Utah
Nebraska

Two more states are at a dead even split.. and those are California and Washington

Every other state-- receives more from the government than they pay in. 6 of the above 8-- are "DPST Maxist" states. The worst offenders in regards to receiving more than they get? All of them are Red states, with the exception of New Mexico (Mississippi, Kentucky, West Virginia, Montana, South Carolina, Indiana, New Mexico)

Yeah-- you may hate how they govern.. but the fact of the matter is-- they contribute more than they get.

while I have seen similar claims

when these kind of things come up, the cynic in me always suspects the methodology of having purposeful illogic, as in the statement may be true but misleading

No-- its accurate, unfortunately. I live right across the river from one of the worst states for receiving federal dollars-- and the poverty there is just unreal... Most of the top states that receive more than they give-- are fairly abysmal. Montana is the exception-- but I think part of what pushes them up there are tribal lands and not a large tax base.

California has a lot of people on social programs-- and a lot of multi-multi-multi-millionaires. That's how they manage to balance. Same can be said for New York and New Jersey. Its also fairly expensive to live in the majority of the "top contributor" states... which results in a lot of poverty being pushed to other states due to cost of living. Texas keeps creeping up the list of states that receive more than they pay-- because with the exception of the cities-- the cost of living is insanely low.
