Biden didn't decide anything... he's not there mentally enough to understand the situation. Look to his staff... ie. Tim Klain. His staff is all diversity hires... which means they aren't capable, they are only there because of their skin color, what's between their legs, or what they like to put in their ass. That means that none of them understood the impact of fcuking this up. And they probably just assumed that the Military can just "make it all go away". Diversity is great when you have overwhelming firepower and internal lines of supply.

It doesn't do shit for you when you're undersized for the mission and have civilians in the way, and are 800 miles from a CVN.
