The PGA is off to a bad start in 2022. Its 2 most popular players (Phil and Tiger) are out of commission. Tiger may never play a competitive Tournament again, and Phil reminds us of how racist and Bourgeois the Tour was, before Tiger re-shaped attitudes beginning 25 years ago.

The battle between the PGA tour and other possible tours has been ongoing for years.
The players are independent contractors,which makes their discussions interesting.
Phil was complaining about not having rights of video or a big enough share from them. Other players thought that was quite a comment for Phil to make, considering the PGA tour has allowed him to earn millions and millions.
I don't think a company is required to let independent contractors contract with them. They can choose. I could be wrong about that.

I’m a 7 handicap. Been playing golf for 45yrs. Was a Marshall at 3 US Opens at Oakmont. A spectator at 2 others plus a US am and PGA championship at Oakmont. Been to Augusta Twice.
