What bloated agencies?
Where are your links?
Again, no examples of any kind. Plenty of nonsense though.

Deflection? What are you talking about?
You make vague claims but give no examples. You give no links either.
Stop babbling and making things up.

We know plenty about you. You claim you know what we love.
We know an investigation run by trumys will not stand up to the "truth"" test.

Any American tax payer should welcome a thorough investigation of gumment waste and corruption...but the left is apoplectic about it...where there's smoke there's fire.

which admin ran the greatest deficits going back all the way to the 80s and beyond? yup, the Orange Clown's, and during boom times for the American economy. complete disgrace, and extremely foolish. now he'll do it again..

That is counter intuitive to a society that loves their country and wants future generations to prosper and not be saddled with a debt that will ruin their chances at the American dream.
With the serious TDS on the left is orange man bad and no matter what he does we will oppose it...what childish nonsensical
thinking. It's throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Yep, the current Republican controlled Congress is looking for ways to cut costs...see the following examples
Quote:
The House Oversight, Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees are among those asking for the bigger budgets this Congress. Each asked for more than $30 million during the next two years, according to a review of their requests.
Energy and Commerce asked for one of the biggest increases in dollar terms, about $4.5 million more than it requested for the 118th Congress. The panel plans to hire more staff, pay more to retain current aides and hold more field hearings, a source familiar with the request said.
The Natural Resources and Financial Services committees are seeking 10% increases. Transportation and Infrastructure is looking for a 7% boost, Agriculture wants 5% more and the Rules Committee is asking for a 2.5% raise.
The requests from Ways and Means and Oversight were both close to a 10% boost compared to last Congress. Oversight Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) said in his written testimony that it’s a “modest increase” of less than 10% and wasn’t adjusted for inflation.
Natural Resources Committee Chair Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) wrote that field hearings and maintaining competitive staff salaries are behind his need for more funding. Financial Services Committee Chair French Hill (R-Ark.) similarly said his panel needs the hike to hire more full-time staff.
House Financial Services is adding 15 more staff members this Congress. As part of that hiring push, Hill wants to add a chief economist to examine monetary policy and Treasury debt market decisions. Hill also asked for a bigger travel budget so subcommittees can hold more field hearings.

Believe it if it makes you feel better.
The Republican playbook is to put out false premises, false flags and whatever else they can manage. Remember the "massive fraud" that never happened ?
Wait till DOGE finishes reviewing the waste in the military budget, and who got what. Huge amounts going to Republican contractors that dwarf any other part of the federal government budget.

Maybe sensationalized, questionable 'DOGE' claims have something to do with the 'adversity'
Musk tweeted
Quote:
"The DOGE team just discovered that FEMA sent $59M LAST WEEK to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants."
|
In another post Monday, Musk said that under the Biden administration, FEMA took money away from disaster relief and “spent it on 5 star hotels for illegals.”
Only $19 million of the $59 million that Musk highlighted in his tweet will go toward housing migrants in hotels...the government has paid on average $152 a night for rooms, according to a 2024 city comptroller report. In comparison, 5-star hotels in Manhattan run from $400 a night to well over $1,000.

Covid or you don't remember? The emergency was over in the first year of Biden but there is still unspent covid money like in the department of education. Biden used covid as an excuse for paying off friends.
Also, does anyone really think that there is no bloat in government? I bet you believe when the urchin says his sister is a virgin.
Even a dollar is too much. Of course, lack of complaint says you are okay with wasting tax money. Let me find the URL for the IRS. You can give them all your extra money.

What I like about Trump and Musk is that they didn't get rich on the American tax payer dollars. What they are doing is exposing fraudulent bureaucracy in big government spending. That's why the wolves of DC are howling. It's not politics as usual anymore and I am loving it.

Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of using Musk philosophy of 'move fast and break things' when it comes to our government and to actions that may well have significant negative impacts on many peoples lives.
Do we really want to 'improve' government with this approach?

Oh well, if DOGE screws up, they can always use the "rapid unscheduled disassembly" explanation.

ROFLMAO
Musk
SpaceX has secured nearly $20 billion in federal funds since 2008 to ferry astronauts and satellites into space. Tesla, meanwhile, has received $41.9 million from the U.S. government
Between 2008 and 2019, sales of regulatory credits generated more than $2 billion for the company.
In Tesla’s history, sales of regulatory credits have brought in nearly $11 billion, with all of it falling pretty much directly to its bottom line.
Trump
His philosophy is to use (and lose) other people's money.
Do we really need to go back to Trump's record of stiffing contractors, bankruptcies that lost other people's money (but not Donald's), bogus charities and universities.
And there's the little matter of tax dollars that were directed to Trump owned entities during his previous administrations...over $2.5 million to Mar-a-Lago and other businesses owned by President Donald Trump.

Less than three weeks after its release, President Donald Trump’s memecoin has produced more losers than winners. For every dollar in trading fees the Trump crypto creators raked in, investors lost $20.
A total of 813,294 wallets holding cryptocurrency lost money through ownership of $TRUMP meme token shares in the 19 days since its launch, according to an analysis by cryptocurrency forensics company Chainalysis commissioned by the New York Times. The losses—accumulated as users either held onto shares of the coin as its value plummeted, or because they sold shares at a loss—totaled about $2 billion.
Meanwhile, trading has generated about $100 million in trading fees owed to the entities behind the coin, including the Trump Organization, according to analyses from Merkle Science and Chainalysis. However, the majority of it hasn’t been cashed in. CIC Digital, an affiliate of the Trump Organization, and Fight Fight Fight LLC, which is co-owned by CIC, own about 80% of the coin. Though Trump is the owner of the private holding company behind his family’s real estate, entertainment—and now crypto—investments, he handed over the conglomerate’s reins to his children ahead of his second presidential term. Trump previously resisted creating a blind trust or divesting from his businesses.
