Why did she hve to use small words with Jackson, brother?

that's what the ruling addresses. these judges know their scope is limited yet they attempt to exceed it when it suits their political ideology which is the antithesis of your fair and impartial justice. Yes?
Your argument echoes the majority opinion. I just think it’s wrong. Nationwide injunctions simply freeze the executive order until the issue can be decided by the courts. Because executive orders frozen by nationwide injunctions are usually appealed further up the judicial system until a final ruling can be reached.

By removing the power of judges to freeze the system until the issue is settled the country is thrown into chaos whereupon executive orders can be issued in one area and not others.

In this case the executive order changing the system of birth right citizenship has already been struck down as unconstitutional in several states but not all states. Will parents have to go to another state just to be certain that their child is born as a citizen? How fucked up is that?

Since she obviously doesn't understand how judges are supposed to act. Or what their actual authority is. Sad attempt at projecting your side's racism.

.. But why should a lone judge in Maryland, California or even
Podunk be able to freeze things with a NATIONWIDE injunction?

THAT is what's silly - and I'm GLAD to see the SCOTUS stop it!

Do you understand how these things work, Salty?

You apparently support unchecked executive power.

Oh the places the investigations will go.

I’m just of the opinion that it is better to keep to the status quo until a final decision can be reached instead of the chaos that results from having different states have different rulings.

The Supreme Court is enabling chaos across the country for no reason that I can see.

I see a reason txdot.

The court is made in Trumps image to do his will.

Never more proof than this.

Looks are deceiving, oh salty one. Your eyes are the most easily fooled sense. If it were truly a win, than a ruling that states birth right citizenship is herein revoked.

Don't *see* that.

That’s why they march behind Don Snoreleone.

This is further proof.

Read what they posted above your quote here.
Read it again.
Than let it sink in.
Hint: SCOTUS has a ruling in place that has stood for over a hundred years.

Ol Salty is relying on the biased actions of donnys brownshirts in enforcing the deportations he wants.

You'll hear him cry when Homeland Security "fairly" applies these corrupt believes of the maggies when they start kicking out the illegal Irish immigrants in Boston. The ruskies in Brighton Beach. Italians from Bensonhurst. He'll have to worry when they start kicking the dingos out of Nolita
