If a judge deems and evidence upholds this establishment as a SOB then the underaged youth is not supposed to be there under any circumstance by law. Cultural differences and misunderstandings are weak arguments when it comes to legalities around SOBs. It WON’T get thrown out unless the judge is incompetent and a complete liberal.
