When you have ~12-15 million enter the country under Biden, vs slightly more than 0 under Trump 2 I will call the border opened.

What problem I have with any type of deportation is that the rights of US Citizens are being violated and a lack of due process is happening. That along with at no point does a ICE agent need to use a lethal firearm on citizen's when much more effective means will work. Creating division in communities only will deepen the lack of cooperation with ICE and aliens. Why allow a militarized state of oppression for citizens when the ppl being targeted are low hanging fruit.

It's unnecessary, dangerous and has killed citizens by trying to be more harsh than is needed. Immigration officials in most countries go in without firearms and are able to pick up foreign aliens....why can't we do that?

Hey eye, do you know the meaning of the word "convicted"? I'm pretty sure it means due process was served. And we're not talking about US Citizens, we're talking about non-citizens who committed and were convicted of crimes.

Do you want to abolish ICE? If so, why not be upfront & honest about it? If that's what you advocate, say it!

If we get rid of ICE, we might as well shut down all of our immigration courts too. Why have a legal process if there's nobody to enforce its rulings?

I wonder how the 4th amendment and others- which guarantee the government cannot conduct unreasonable searches or seizures of your person, home, papers, or effects, meaning they generally need a warrant based on probable cause (a judge-approved reason) for searches and arrests, protecting against arbitrary intrusions and requiring specificity in warrants. They can't use excessive force, plant evidence, or profile people. You cannot be removed from a vehicle without cause and it's a voluntary if you decide to leave the vehicle without sufficient cause or warrant. ALSO no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

If you're driving down the street and ICE see's you = and profiles you, your 4th amendment rights are violated. When they drag you from your car- your 4th amendment rights are violated, and if they shoot you- they have have further violated your 4th amendment rights and rights to life, liberty and persuit of happiness.

Interesting notes on some federal crimes that ICE has been habitually breaking and will likely face SCOTUS with is this one:

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights
This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.

AND:

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race. aka racial profiling.
