Just another way for Twitler to disappear American citizens who oppose him.
It would be far safer for him to live out the remainder of his wretched life in obscurity and leave the rest of America TF alone.
He could actually put his name on that asylum and nobody would complain…. Except maybe the irrational conspiracists who actually believe Trump is god.

Yup. It doesn't count as...anything. No one reads them. Their hard news is pretty good, especially the geopolitical stuff. And, of course, much of the financial stuff.
Their Opinions? Murdoch-influenced biased garbage. Routinely ignored. The idea that anyone gives a flying FUCK about their "opinion" of "TDS" is hysterical.

Trump bringing back mental institutions and insane asylums would go a long ways in regards to cleaning up Democrat run shit hole cities but Democrat voters would hate that as they enjoy letting crazy people wander their streets randomly spitting on women, pushing people onto subway tracks, and playing the Knock-Out game.
TDS or Trump Derangement Syndrome is when the mainstream media narrative clouds rational judgement in a particular person in relation to Donald Trump to the point to where rational thinking goes out the window for the person suffering from such. Any mention of Trump could trigger such response.
*Signs include easily agitated, name calling, constantly arguing about politics, intense violent outbursts of anger with the mention of the word "Trump", divorce, breaking off long-term friendships with anyone who identifies as Republican or MAGA.
*Symptoms include insomnia, loss of apetite, loss of interest in the opposite sex, panic attacks, impotence, periods of elevated blood pressure (hypertension), hyper ventilating, nightmares, myocardial infarction due to intense stress.
*Treatment include unplugging from all forms of social media, having sex, touching grass, going for a long walk, slow deep breating techniques, not talking about politics, having a night out on the town, and avoiding mainstream media news outlets who constantly talk about Trump.

Does this EO provide for any actual funding or any thing other than 'appropriate actions'?
Has there been any substantive results since the EO was issued in July 2025?
What have the The Attorney General, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and/or the Secretary of Transportation done to implement or make any element of the EO a reality?
When will the first of these 'asylums' begin construction and/or operation?

Nobody enjoys seeing what you've described. That's mentally unbalanced. What about just getting those folks medical care, including mental health-care? Have you ever seen an old person, male or female, with a UTI? They can be bonkers. Folks see them and go straight to mental issue, not physical, as the problem.
Republicans just cut Medicaid by around $800 million dollars after they and Trump promised they would not. Part of that cut involves work requirements. Do you think the folks you described are capable of working? Maybe after they're treated, but they can't get treatment because they can't afford it. Vicious circle.
Trump's HHS just tried to cut $2 billion dollars in federal grants for mental health and addiction programs just this month. Do you think they're trying to create patients for Trump's new asylums? Luckily the cuts were largely reversed after severe backlash.

Hopefully there will be adequate funding for people suffering with mental health conditions to get these people off the streets first and foremost. Look at the homeless on the streets of America, this is at a crisis level in many states and the issue needed to be addressed before Trump entered his 2nd term. Only time will tell if the results are satifactory at addressing the issue at hand.

Just to clarify, I didn't mean that CPT Savajo is mentally unbalanced---I meant that anyone getting enjoyment from seeing crazy folks on the street doing horrible things would be mentally balanced.

You really should try to avoid sweeping generalizations.
The article I copy-pasted in post #12 was a WSJ op-ed. Aka a guest opinion. NOT written or endorsed by the WSJ Editorial Board.
Their editorials - both the ones published by the EB and those contributed by guests - usually generate thousands of comments. From ALL sides. Which proves a lot of people DO give a fuck.
Shall we get back on topic now?

Jeezis-fucking-Christ. This kind of bombastic hyperbolic nonsense REALLY needs to fucking stop.
Democrats "enjoy" having mentally ill people "on the streets"..?
Really? Just the idea that people STILL think it is okay to speak like this....

Must you again try to justify these lame OpEds?
Others have done the math for you in the past. Yet you still ignore.
"Thousands of comments" means....
"Zero-point-zero" percent of readership. And far less in terms of general population.
Same with the idea that they are unsolicited, that they are not "endorsed" by staff.
Staff decides what to fucking publish! Good grief.
Summary:
OMG! A therapist says TDS is real! And he said it in the Wall Street Journal! See! It's true, it's true, it's TRUUUUUUUUUUE!!!!
Interpretation:
It's made-up propaganda and lame-ass MAGA deflection, by a douchebag who figured out how to get "published in the WSJ!"
Now he can tell all of of his friends that he was even cited on ECCIE!
.

Democrat voters are living in a nightmare by what I've described. Democrat leadership has been failing for a long time by the ways Democrats run their cities into the ground with ass backwards policy. Look at Portland, L.A., San Franciso, Seattle, Chicago, NYC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and they're all drug riddled slums ripe with violent crime where people with mental problems roam the streets victimizing good citizens. Democrats can't take care of their own because they're too busy trying to take care of the 3rd world invaders which are bankrupting city and state budgets. That's why they can't put people in insane asylums. They can't afford it.
The social experiment they did in Portland Oregon ended in a complete disaster when they decriminalized hard drug use. Portland resembled an open air drug market for hard drugs and those people are the victims of failed Democrat policy which isn't making their lives any better. Bring back hospitals to take care of these people who've been left behind by failed policy.

And the left falls for it. Every. Single. Time.

It'd really be nice to have a potus who spends more time getting feedback and working with Congress than being a child and acting out on the shitter pounding the on the phone. Guess those little fingers can be quite nimble for shooting off so many social media postings.

Yeah. with foxy getting a shellacking in the pocket book to the near total tune of $1 billion, that goes far beyond clouding. That's a damn white washing of the truth. TDS in its finest form.

Hopefully. But not. I would like any maggies to show us the funding that donny&co have for helping people with mental disorders during his current term.

*I* think it is well shown that demmies have displayed clear concern for people with mental illness and such by the bills introduced to help people with such. But i invite all the maggies here to show how the party of no is doing more.
