Not sure if this was in reference to one of my earlier posts. But I want to clarify it anyway. When I maintained that "no one cares"...I meant it about the majority of people who participate here. People who take EVERY chance to denigrate, insult, and HATE New York. Blame them for everything. And ignore everything about the place until the opportunity comes along to misuse the place to advance an agenda that fits their own.
90+ percent of you haven't lived there. You don't follow what happens there, understandably. To pretend you care is transparent and disingenuous.
Actually, I find it amusing, most of the time.
Note to lustylad: I can't beat your 10 years of residence. I only lived there 5. But it was awesome, and when I left, I discovered the true meaning of the word "homesick." (I fucking HATED the politics while I was there, though)
