I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you're not Catholic.
The Crusades, a series of religious wars from the late 11th to the late 13th centuries, had devastating impacts, including violence against women and children.
Violence and Abuse
- Killings: During the Crusades, particularly in the First Crusade (1096-1099), many cities fell to Crusader forces, resulting in mass killings, which included women and children along with men. Notably:
- The siege of Jerusalem in 1099 led to widespread slaughter.
- Massacres during other campaigns also included non-combatants.
- Abuse: Women and children were often subjected to violence during and after conquests:
- Women faced sexual violence, including rape, as part of the chaos of war.
- Children, particularly orphans, were often left vulnerable to abuse or exploitation.
While historical accounts vary, it is documented that n on-combatants, including women and children, suffered tremendously during these military campaigns.

This thread is as stupid as the Congressmen who have supported this bill. How about waiting until someone actually bans dogs as sharia law, gets past all the lawsuits that would result and then actually attempt to pass this bill.
People who think democrats support religious law are idiots. I would expect that there are many more people who support religious law on the Republican side than on the Democratic side. What do you think those conservative religious nuts down in Texas and Louisiana are doing when they mandate the ten commandments be posted in schools.
Passing a federal law keeping religion out of public schools. That’s a law that I would support.

Remember when the Muslims occupied half of Spain? They did that with war and butchery. Or maybe when Vlad the Impaled got his name. Or it could be when the Muslim army approached the gates of Vienna?
Do you want to talk ancient history or look at today?

Remember when your boys stormed the Capitol resulting in dead police officers?
Not ancient history.
Remember when America led the free world?
Fast becoming ancient history.
Look at today? Just read these incessant troll biting threads.
Make up your mind. Dude.

My boys didn't storm anything. Here's the challenge, name those dead police officers who died that day?

More games, Schwartzer.
Name one of those tourists still in jail for that insurrection.
How many of them are back in Ohio eating dogs and cats?
How many have been sent back to jail for other heinous crimes?
How many dips can a ...

From Google AI
Officers Associated with Jan. 6th Fatalities:
Brian Sicknick (U.S. Capitol Police): Died on January 7, 2021, after being assaulted with bear spray and collapsing. A medical examiner ruled he suffered a stroke, but his death is considered connected to the insurrection.
Howard Liebengood (U.S. Capitol Police): Died by suicide four days after the attack.
Jeffrey Smith (Metropolitan Police Department): Died by suicide shortly after the attack.
Gunther Hashida (Metropolitan Police Department): Died by suicide in July 2021.
Kyle DeFreytag (Metropolitan Police Department): Died by suicide in July 2021.
While more than 50 police officers were injured during the riots, only Officer Sicknick's death was directly linked to the physical confrontations on the day of the attack. A 2022 Senate report connected all five of these officer deaths to the events of Jan. 6.

Nope, you're not pulling a Clinton. Whay was the name of a police officer who died that day on capital grounds?
Rhetorical sleight of hand made famous by Bill Clinton.

We ALL know - and haven't forgotten - what you're doing and what happened that day.

Ashley Babbitt is the only person to die that day from violence. She was murdered by Nancy Pelosi's personal policeman.

She got exactly what she deserved, for attempting to break through a barricade and get to our elected officials.

I'll point out that you guys are straying from the OP but you know that. I'll play though: we now know that the left wing thinks that unarmed trespass is a capital offense in Washington. Look what happened to Mariam Carey. Executed for a traffic offence.
You know them by their works...

elg is right on this one Schwarzer. The “unarmed” trespassers were told to leave, they refused, then they attempted to breach a barricade by smashing in the doors and the glass window panels.
If you disregard the police and physically try to breach a door into a forbidden area then you take your chances.
