I'm pretty sure the Libertarian Party has ballot access in all 50 states. Not sure, but it seems to me that is the case.

If this election stays like it is, I mean, Obama v Gingrich or Romney, I can see Gary Johnson getting 15% of the vote or better, and he stands a decent chance of winning New Mexico. It might be too little, too late, but we have to try. Freedom is worth the effort.
