Yea last night I was on my way to an incall up north (pussy is about the only thing that gets me north of like UT)

Pulled onto mopac.. looked at the backup at 7:45 and wondered if I would make the 8:30 near the domain.......Driving here sucks
I hear 88 people a day are moving here.. most are renting
this is going to effect a lot of things

I saw an interesting development this afternoon.

Driving west on 1626 from 35 they have poured slab for a new apartment complex.

There is a great big motor home with slides parked that is wrapped with the community advertising and about to start preleasing!

I can't say I have seen that in Austin before.

New Condos being built off of Lamar are being presold as fast as they break ground.

It is insane on how many people from other states are moving here. I met a girl from Michigan that her hubby is gonna be joining the APD she says he will be making 150k a year. They have been in Texas one whole month. I met another girl from Florida that has been here a month. I am starting to think there are few real Texans in Austin.

I so want to buy the T-shirt that says DON'T MOVE HERE and at the bottom it says I here Dallas is nice.

I totally agree. I've got very close friends up there , when I visited I almost came in my panties!!! Lol. Crazy expensive compared to anywhere else. But I will admit, it's beauty is worth it.
